OPTION 2: USE YOUR OWN SHIPPING LABEL
If you prefer to ship your return independently, print a completed Return Authorization Form.
Send your completed form, together with the product(s), via FedEx, UPS or USPS to: 500 Superior Ave Suite #335, Newport Beach, CA 92663
Please insure your package for the value of its contents, as refunds cannot be processed for packages lost in transit.
Option 1: After you ship your return using our label, click the link in your return confirmation email to track its progress and the status of your refund.
Option 2: If you ship your return independently, you will receive an email when your refund is processed (approximately 10-15 days after it is received at our returns center).
